At CRX Software Development Services, we strive to deliver high-quality software development services that meet your expectations. This Refund Policy outlines the circumstances under which refunds may be issued and the process for requesting a refund.
2. Deposit Refunds
Before Work Begins: If you cancel the project before we begin work, we will refund 100% of your deposit minus any PayPal processing fees.
After Work Begins: Once we have commenced work on your project, deposits are non-refundable. However, you may request to apply the deposit toward a different project or future services.
3. Project Cancellation
If you choose to cancel a project after work has begun:
- You will be charged for all work completed up to the cancellation date
- Any remaining balance from your deposit may be refunded or credited
- All work completed will be delivered to you in its current state
- Written notice of cancellation must be provided via email
4. Satisfaction Guarantee
We are committed to your satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with our work:
- Revisions: We offer revisions as specified in your project agreement to ensure the deliverables meet your expectations
- Quality Issues: If we fail to deliver work that meets professional standards, we will either correct the issues at no charge or issue a partial refund
- Timeline: Quality concerns must be raised within 15 days of project delivery
5. Non-Refundable Services
The following are non-refundable:
- Completed projects that meet agreed-upon specifications
- Third-party costs (domain registration, hosting, licenses, etc.)
- Consultation and planning fees
- Maintenance and support services already rendered
- Custom integrations with external APIs or services
6. Refund Request Process
To request a refund:
- Send an email to hello@cresxjohn.com with the subject line "Refund Request"
- Include your project details, payment receipt, and reason for the refund request
- We will review your request within 5 business days
- If approved, refunds will be processed within 10-15 business days
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
7. Our Cancellation Rights
We reserve the right to cancel a project and issue a full refund if:
- We determine we cannot meet your technical requirements
- You fail to provide necessary materials or access within 30 days
- You fail to respond to communications for 30+ days
- The project scope changes significantly from the original agreement
8. Disputes and Resolution
If you are dissatisfied with our refund decision, we encourage you to contact us to discuss the matter further. We are committed to finding a fair resolution for all parties.
9. Payment Processing Fees
Please note that payment processing fees (PayPal, bank charges, etc.) are non-refundable and will be deducted from any refund amount. We cannot control or refund fees charged by payment processors.
10. Changes to This Policy
We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Projects in progress will be subject to the policy in effect at the time of agreement.
