These terms govern your use of the CRX website and the services we provide. Please read them carefully.
By accessing our website or engaging CRX Software Development Services, you agree to these Terms of Service. Project-specific terms are set out in a separate written proposal or contract, which prevails over these terms where they conflict.
CRX provides software design and development services including custom software, web and mobile applications, UI/UX design, integrations, and ongoing maintenance. The exact scope, deliverables and timeline of any engagement are defined in your project agreement.
Quotes and estimates — including any figures from our online estimator — are indicative only and do not constitute a binding offer. A binding engagement begins when both parties sign a proposal or contract and the initial deposit is received.
To deliver on time, we rely on you to provide timely feedback, required content, access and approvals. Delays in these may affect the schedule and cost of your project.
Upon receipt of full and final payment, all custom deliverables, source code and associated intellectual property created for your project transfer to you. CRX retains rights to its pre-existing tools, libraries and general know-how, and may showcase non-confidential work in its portfolio unless agreed otherwise.
Fees, milestones and accepted payment methods are described on our Payments page and in your agreement. Invoices are due as stated; late payments may pause work.
We deliver our services with reasonable skill and care. To the maximum extent permitted by law, CRX is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees paid for the relevant engagement.
Either party may terminate an engagement as set out in the project agreement. On termination, you pay for work completed up to that date and receive the corresponding deliverables.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, and any disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Davao City.
